Return Period: You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
Eligible Products: Returned products must be in unused condition and in their original packaging, including all accessories, instructions, and other accompanying materials.

- Refund Process
Return Request: Please contact customer service via email (maxwell@purelyelegant.shop) to request a return, providing your order number and product information.
Return Authorization: Our customer service team will process your request, provide return authorization, and inform you of the specific steps for returning the product.
Return Shipment: Once you have obtained return authorization, please ship the product back to our designated address: 816 S WARNOCK ST, PHILADELPHIA, PA 19147. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return shipping costs are incurred due to our fault (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product), in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
- Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange for a different product, please first apply for a return and follow the above process to return the original item. We recommend that you place a new order for the new product you need after receiving your refund.
